     When the U.S. Court of Appeals reversed itself and took away my momentary victory in Moldea v. New York Times on May 3, 1994, the appellate judge who wrote this opinion quoted former U.S. Supreme Court Associate Justice Felix Frankfurter, saying: "Wisdom too often never comes, and so one ought not to reject it merely because it comes late."
