Dan Moldea- Wow! Dan. Your article reminded me of a book I read some 34 years ago now, "MAFIA KINGFISH: Carlos Marcello and the Assassination of John F. Kennedy" by John H. Davis. As I recall, the author made a fairly compelling case that the three of them, Hoffa, Marcello and Trafficante conspired to kill JFK.
Did you ever read it? Who knows really, but it isn't that farfetched a premise. I must see if the library has a copy and read it again.
